Identity Verification Documents: Business licenses, certificates of incorporation, tax registration certificates, and other KYB (Know Your Business) documents uploaded for verification.
Transaction & Communication Logs: RFQ (Request for Quotation) messages, inquiry records, reply logs, and timestamps of all inter-party communications.
Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, access timestamps, and usage patterns collected through server logs.

2. How We Use Your Data

Business Matching: Connecting verified buyers with qualified suppliers based on industry, product category, and sourcing requirements.
Identity Verification: Processing KYB documents to issue verified supplier badges and maintain platform trust and integrity.

3. Data Sharing Between Parties

We share specific data between platform participants only as necessary for B2B trade operations:

Buyer-to-Seller: When a buyer sends an RFQ or product inquiry, the seller receives the buyer's company name, contact details, and inquiry message.
Public Storefront: Company profiles marked as 'Verified' are displayed publicly in the Supplier Directory, including company name, industry, description, and product catalog.
Administrative Access: Platform administrators access company documents solely for KYB verification purposes and user management.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal or corporate data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
